About Us
Our project web contains a series of solid reasons, and strong provisions which support the building of the Dodger Stadium. As college students we are advocating and promoting our local public to visit and experience a heart-warming Dodger game. Likewise our website consists of current news and records that thoroughly explain, support our posture for the Dodger Stadium. Our goal and purpose as students, is to directly employ this same attitude to our targeted audience. Our primary audience consists of Chavez Ravine descendants as well as local inhabitants of LA. In this website we include facts, local news, and public’s opinions which gives a thorough discourse detailing about this topic. Nevertheless, maintaining a professional and certified composure.

Angel Villatoro- My central reason for supporting the Dodger Stadium is because it’s a piece of framework that has been shaped and molded in order to become an important institution for this city and its fans. Dodger Stadium represents more than a symbol of unity, sportsmanship; it also signifies a historical norm of space. Once being Chavez Ravine, this location has been transformed into a method of assembling and boosting the economic and social constructionism of Los Angeles. It expands the spirit hood in baseball fans, and means of consumerism for the city. Thus this has become a symbol of admiration, which inspires and creates a positive-impacting legacy for its people. This is good because it motivates visitors to come back, at the same time; it enables them to leave with a different vibrant- impression that will convince them to return.
Jonathan Ciccarelli - Some reasons of why I support Dodger Stadium is all of the benefits it brings to Los Angeles. We do feel tragic that people were kicked out of their homes to build this stadium, but after the research we have done, we hope for those who are checking out our website will learn more about the history of Chavez Ravine a city that lies beneath the current Dodger Stadium. What we get out of both the lost city and the current stadium is that they are both apart of Los Angeles' history and will always be a part of it. As time goes by things will change and in this case it happened that the city was using the land to construct Dodger Stadium. It has created many benefits whether supporting the city economically or even to the fact it has created hundreds if not more jobs for people to work at. Also as in our slogan "Joining Cultures For 50 Years" this stadium has joined people from different cultures together to cheer and watch America's past time. While destruction may have been a tragic loss. The union of people together and the other benefits from Dodger Stadium to the city is plenty of reasons of why I believe Dodger Stadium was a good reason to construct.
History of project
We began to develop this project on April 10th 2012. We will be presenting its final overview on April 24th 2012. Our sole purpose is to inform and educate our audience about our position in the way we view the Dodger Stadium vs. Chavez Ravine. In this case some of the demonstrations we will show, will disscuss important factors pertaining to what Chavez Ravine was and its space being modeled to become the Dodger Stadium that is today.
